Indledning
I det følgende kan du læse, hvordan vi indsamler, behandler og beskytter de personoplysninger, du afgiver, når du færdes på Moments hjemmeside samt udfylder en formular, fx tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev, downloader en rapport eller udfylder en kontaktformular.

Når du udfylder en af vores formularer på Moments hjemmeside, accepterer du samtidig Moments persondatapolitik.

Særligt i forhold til vores nyhedsbrev
Når du tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev ved at trykke ”ja tak, tilmeld mig”, giver du samtykke til, at Moment må sende dig elektronisk post i form af e-mails. Nyhedsbrevene vil bl.a. indeholde artikler og indblik i cases, invitationer til seminarer og arrangementer i relation til vores vikar- og rekrutteringsydelser.
Vi anvender Mailchimp til at udsende vores nyhedsbreve. Når du tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev, accepterer du samtidig, at dit navn, e-mailadresse og dine aktiviteter i vores nyhedsbreve videregives og behandles af Mailchimp.
Moment må indsamle og bruge data om dig og dine aktiviteter og samkøre sådanne data med andre oplysninger, som Moment allerede har eller får fra anden side, eksempelvis cookies på moment.dk, blandt andet til at lave en profil, der kan målrette henvendelser til dig. Moment må benytte data om dig og dine aktiviteter til at sende dig e-mails, der er tilpasset din profil.

Indsamling og behandling
Når du besøger moment.dk, indsamler og behandler vi automatisk en række oplysninger om dig, herunder:

Ovenstående oplysninger indhentes ved hjælp af cookies og indeholder ingen personoplysninger. Du kan læse vores cookiepolitik nedenfor.
Når du udfylder formular på websitet angiver du som minimum din e-mail. I nogle tilfælde beder vi dig også udfylde oplysninger som navn, stilling, virksomhed og telefonnummer.
Opbevaring
Vi opbevarer dine oplysninger, så længe du er interesseret i at modtage nyheder og invitationer fra os.
Du kan til enhver tid blive slettet som modtager ved at klikke på linket ”Afmeld” i de mails, du modtager fra os, eller ved at tage kontakt til os fx via ovenstående kontaktinfo. Moment har herefter pligt til at slette dine personoplysninger inden for 30 dage.
Beskyttelse
Ifølge persondataloven skal dine personoplysninger opbevares sikkert og fortroligt. Vi gemmer dine oplysninger på computere med begrænset adgang, som er placeret i kontrollerede faciliteter, og vores sikkerhedsforanstaltninger kontrolleres løbende for at afgøre, om vores brugeroplysninger håndteres forsvarligt, og under stadig hensyntagen til dine rettigheder som bruger.
Personoplysninger afgives aldrig til tredjepart, med mindre du selv udtrykkeligt giver tilsagn hertil, og vi indsamler aldrig personoplysninger, uden at du selv har givet os disse oplysninger.
Dine rettigheder
Ifølge persondataloven har du til enhver tid ret til at få oplyst, hvilke oplysninger vi opbevarer om dig.
Såfremt det viser sig, at de oplysninger eller data, der behandles om dig, er urigtige eller vildledende, har du ret til at kræve disse berigtiget, slettet eller blokeret. Du kan til enhver tid gøre indsigelse mod, at oplysninger om dig gøres til genstand for behandling. Du kan også til enhver tid tilbagekalde dit samtykke.

Purpose
When you fill in one of our forms on the Moment website, you also accept Moment’s privacy policy.
By accepting Moment’s privacy policy, you consent to Moment contacting you by e-mail and/or telephone to tell you more about our temporary staffing and recruitment services.
Our newsletters
When you subscribe to our newsletters by clicking “Yes please, register me”, you consent to Moment sending you electronic post in the form of e-mails. The newsletters will contain articles and case-studies and invitations to seminars and events related to our temporary staffing and recruitment services.
We use Mailchimp to send out our newsletters. When you register for our newsletters, you also accept that your name, e-mail address and activities in our newsletters will be passed on and processed by Mailchimp.
Moment may collect and use data about you and your activities and combine this data with other information that Moment already has or obtains from elsewhere, e.g. from cookies on moment.dk, possibly to create a profile so we can send you targeted communications. Moment may use data about you and your activities to send you e-mails appropriate to your profile.

Collection and processing
When you visit moment.dk, we automatically collect and process various details about you, including:
- Which pages you have visited and when
- Your IP address
- Your geographical location
- Which browser you use
These details are gathered with the aid of cookies and do not include any personal information. You can read our cookie policy below.
When you fill in a form on the website, you must at least enter your e-mail. In some cases, we also ask you to fill in e.g. your name, position, company and phone-number.
Retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as you are interested in receiving news and invitations from us.
You can be removed as a recipient at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the e-mails you receive from us, or by contacting us using e.g. the contact details above. Moment is then required to delete your personal data within 30 days.
Protection
Under the Danish Personal Data Act, your personal data has to be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal data on computers with restricted access which are housed in controlled facilities, and our security arrangements are regularly checked to determine whether our user information is being handled properly while always safeguarding your rights as a user.
Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties unless you give your express consent to this, and we never collect personal data that you have not provided to us yourself.
Your rights
Under the Danish Personal Data Act, you have the right to be informed at any time of the data we are holding about you.
If the information or data about you that we process is found to be incorrect or misleading, you have to right to ask for this to be rectified, deleted or blocked. You can object at any time to data about you being processed. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
